Employees are the most valuable assets of PSC! In recent years, we have adopted “grow”, “transform”, and “stay young” as our employees’ career development goals. "

Grow   In light of impacts of the pandemic in recent years, we have moved physical operations online to ensure continuous growth in employee career plans and professional capabilities.

Transformation   To enable employees to keep up with the trend of digital and financial technology, we have held a number of employee training sessions and seminars to enhance their digital competitiveness.

Stay young   We continue to implement a succession plan and successfully recruited five management trainees in 2022 and adopted a systematic selection and cultivation mechanism for outstanding talents to actively cultivate first-line management trainees to be PSC’s new generation of successors.
