facing financial industry by then chairman Deng and management team
during 2014.Reports on this matter was not true.
Regarding disobedience of regulations by the act of our company and
the manager during performing proprietary futures trading business,
we will take further disciplinary measures in accordance with written
sanction made by competent authority. We have been deeply reflecting
on this and will strengthen our internal-control procedures and implement
concrete internal auditing.
